Embodied Soul Yoga

One-to-one yoga, built around how you are today

Some weeks you know exactly what you need.

Some weeks you just know you need an hour that’s yours.

Either is a fine place to start.

Embodied Soul Yoga is a private online session that begins with a short conversation and ends in deep rest. In between, we breathe and move in a way that suits your body and your day. Some people book a single session when life feels like a lot. Many come every week, the way you’d keep up any practice that helps you feel like yourself.

Is This for You?
  • You want a regular practice that’s made for you, instead of a class you fit yourself into
  • You spend most of the day in your head and want to feel your body again
  • You’re stretched thin, flat, or a little off-centre
  • Something in your life is shifting and you’d like to feel steadier while it does
  • Nothing is wrong, and you’d like to keep it that way

You don’t need a bigger reason than wanting the time.

How a Session Goes

Every session is different, and they all follow the same simple shape

We Start by Talking

We take a few minutes to arrive and breathe. Then I ask how you are and what you’ve been carrying this week. Some days that’s a lot. Some days it’s “tired, and my shoulders hurt.” Both give us plenty to work with.

Out of that conversation we find your sankalpa: a short I AM statement that names what you want to embody today. You don’t need to arrive with one. It tends to show up as we talk.

I am grounded.

I am present.

I am here.

Then We Move

The rest of the session is practice, and I shape it for you as we go: breath, yoga and mindful movement, visualization, and stretches of stillness. Your sankalpa runs through all of it.

There’s no set sequence and no level to keep up with. If your body wants slow and close to the floor, that’s the practice. If it wants to move, we move.

Whatever you put into words at the start now has somewhere to go.

Rest, and a Recording to Keep

We finish with a long relaxation and a short guided meditation that lets your sankalpa settle in.

I record the practice and send it to you afterward, so you can come back to it between sessions. The recording starts after our conversation, so what you share stays between us.

Weekly, or Whenever You Need It

Most of the people I work with come once a week.

No two weeks are the same, so no two sessions are either. One week we work with a stiff back and a busy mind. The next, with a decision that’s been keeping you up.

Over time it adds up. You notice your own patterns, catch tension earlier, and get better at knowing what you need.

A single session is just as welcome. Book one when you want the space, and come back if and when it feels right.

A Note from Leah Fae

I’ve been practising and teaching for more than a decade: yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, ecstatic movement. These sessions are where I get to use all of it.

My part is to listen closely, ask the questions that get underneath things, and shape the practice around what I hear.

I’m not trying to push you past whatever you’re feeling. I’d rather give it some room. In my experience, that’s when things start to move.

Sessions

All sessions are one-to-one and online

90 Minutes

$200

The one I recommend. There’s time to talk, move, and rest without anyone watching the clock.

60 Minutes

$160

The same session in a shorter shape, for the weeks with less room in them.

Five Sessions

$800$160 per session

Five 90-minute sessions. A good way to settle into a weekly rhythm.

Not sure which to choose, or whether this is right for you? Start with a discovery call and we’ll talk it through.

Questions

Do I need yoga experience?

No. I build the practice around your body and how you’re feeling that day, so there’s nothing to keep up with. Complete beginners and long-time practitioners are both welcome.

Can I come every week?

Yes, and most people do. A weekly session gives you a steady place to check in with yourself, and because each one starts from how you are that day, the practice changes as you do.

You can also book a single session whenever you need one. There’s no commitment either way.

Do I need to be going through something to book?

No. Plenty of sessions start with “I’m fine, just tired.” Wanting an hour of movement and quiet that’s made for you is reason enough.

How much of the session is conversation?

It depends on what you arrive with. Some days it’s a few minutes, some days there’s more to say. As a rule it’s no more than a third of the session, and the rest is practice.

What if I don’t know what my sankalpa should be?

You don’t need to arrive with one. We find it together as we talk, and it’s usually simpler than people expect.

Do I have to sit upright to meditate?

No. Lying down is a perfectly good way to meditate, especially when your body is asking for rest. We’ll find a position where you’re comfortable and supported.

Is this therapy?

No. These sessions aren’t psychotherapy, and they aren’t a substitute for professional mental health care.

That said, many people find it therapeutic to say out loud what’s going on and then take it into breath, movement, and stillness, where the body can work with it in a way that talking alone doesn’t.

Will I get a recording?

Yes. I record the practice portion of your session and send it to you afterward. The recording starts after our opening conversation, so nothing you share privately is on it.

Should I book 60 or 90 minutes?

If you have the time, 90. It leaves room for the conversation, the movement, and a proper rest at the end without rushing any of them. The 60-minute session is there for the weeks when your schedule is tighter.

What do I need for an online session?

A quiet spot with enough room to lie down, a mat or a soft floor, and a device with a camera so I can see you move. A blanket and a cushion are nice to have.

Come as You Are

You don’t need to know what you need before we begin.

Bring whatever kind of week you’ve had, and we’ll start from there.
