Reflection & Intention Setting
This reflection and intention-setting process is designed to help you get clear on what is ready to shift, heal, or be embodied in your life right now. It invites you to bring me into your inner world with enough honesty and specificity that I can craft a meditation that feels precise, safe, and deeply aligned with where you are in this season.
You do not need to answer everything perfectly or completely. Brief answers are welcome. Trust your first instincts. If a question does not feel applicable to you, leave it blank. If there are elements that do not feel fully clear yet, don't worry, we will refine them together in our session.
This is not a test. It is simply a map — one we will use to craft a meditation that supports your nervous system, your growth, and your becoming.
This process is organized into 3 sections.
SECTION 1: Where You Are & What Is Emerging
Reflect on the season you are in and to get clear on your intention. This section is the longest and my be the most emotionally demanding.
SECTION 2: Creating Safety for Your Nervous System
Your opportunity to name any sensitivities, triggers, or imagery to avoid so this meditation feels safe for your body.
SECTION 3: Personalization & Sacred Tone
Share your preferences on tone, style, imagery, and spiritual vocabulary and practical preferences like session length and music.
Before you begin, take 3 slow breaths.
Notice your body. Feel your feet on the floor, your back supported. You may want a glass of water or cup of tea nearby. If at any point this feels like too much, pause. You can always complete this in more than one sitting.
