My earliest memories of feeling a sense of God was when I was outside in Nature.
The forest has always been my temple, my message bringer, my inspiration and my anchor.
I invite you to step into your heart, and listen for the wisdom the earth has for each of us.
Each session is an opportunity to develop a deeper relationship with each primary element in an embodied experiential way.
Sacred
Each moment is sacred.
We tune into our breath.
We keep our hearts open to magic.
We honour the wisdom teachers that surround us.
Forest
We bathe in the forest letting her restore us.
We explore nature using all our senses.
We tune into the wisdom of the plants, animals, birds, spirits and elements.
Play
We create a safe place for our innocent inner child to guide us into play and wonder.
We hug trees, we skip, we wiggle our toes in the mud.
We let ourselves be free.
We trust our inner guide.

Play sessions are 3hrs in length and meeting place is given upon registration.
Location is around Dundas, Ontario.
Group size is limited to 6 participants.
Registration preference will be given to those committing to all 4 sessions, although this is not required.
