The ancient yogic science of Tantric Numerology helps to guide us to those spaces within you in need of attention, so that together we can shine the light and create an experience that is uniquely your own. Private classes are also a great way to jump-start a daily practice or sadhana. Practicing one kriya for an extended period of time greatly enhances its effectiveness, and allows you to master it and bring the effects fully into your life.

About Tantric Numerology

Tantric Numerology calculates five numbers from your birth date that illuminate the path, skills, challenges, gifts and nature of who you are. It is a technique which has its roots in ancient yogic and tantric teachings, and provides an effective means for you to align with your higher Self, move out of limiting beliefs and excel in all areas of life. Tantric Numerology is a tool that helps establish an understanding of one’s strengths and weaknesses and then it identifies how to improve the areas of weakness and utilize the strengths more effectively.

  • A Kundalini Yoga Pranayama, Kriya, and meditation will be chosen specially for you, to meet your individual needs.
  • Written class plan complete with instructions for appropriate warm ups pranayamas, mantra, kriya and meditation. 
  •  Written numerology assessment.
